That'd be a crazy fight. Hashirama seems almost unbeatable due to his tailed beast control, body and stamina of the Sage of Six Paths, and being the only shinobi with complete mastery over wood release. On the other hand I'm pretty sure Kishi has said something about Minato being the strongest dead shinobi. Hiruzen and Jiraiya have acknowledged Minato's incomparable strength as well. Another point is that the manga has given us a much more in-depth view of Hashirama's abilities than it has Minato's.

Uhm no he doesn't. The Whole Rock village got pawned. Nobody beat the 4th, not even Madara or the 9-tails. And i actually used the search button before i created the thread.
