With no intel for Gai wouldn't Minato be able to blitz Gai with FTG and slit his throat before he activates any gates?

Minato takes both scenarios.

Edit: Strike, didnt see Hashirama there and 8gates.

Scenario 2: Gai can only hope for a draw by using 8 gates. Minato ftgs out of the location while Hashirama gets wrecked, waits for Gai to die, and claims victory.

So Minato can win scenario 2 aswell yea.

No intel is especially dangerous for Gai in S1 due to Hiraishin and the marked Kunai. Minato can probably win S1, but Gai wins S2 if he can take out Hashirama before SS comes into play, otherwise he'd lose.
