Minato would jokingly beat guy, he'd push guy to the 8th gate just for laughs and see what he does, he still won't hit him he'll just teleport and keep mocking him

Minato easily wins this.

Ok and guy can move out of the way once Minato teleports movement works both ways bro 8th gate guy is probably as fast as bm naruto

And you have absolutely zero proof of that. It also takes time to activate the gates while it doesn't take Minato any time to use FTG.

Worse comes to worse Minato could just keep dodging and let Guy die after using the 8th gate.

Hm I would just say Minato but there's no telling what Guy can do in the 8th gate. He probably could become so fast that he would be able to avoid a surprise attack from Minato after using FTG & counter attack.
