Minato mid-high diff IMO. He teleports away Gaara's Gourd, which essentially takes away his automatic defense. Then he keeps pounding him with Rasengan.

Gaara wins, Sand sensing will locate the Kunai's Gaara can simply bury them under the
sand and thus making them impossible to grab, Third eye can watch from behind an protect the guard { But it isn't needed against Minato } And on body FTG markings won't work due to Gaara's on body sand shield.

How could Gaara protect himself against Minato's speed if his sand canonically can't keep up? How does he catch a teleporter? CE Sasuke could wound Gaara with his body sand shield or not. It's only a thick protection on the body. Rasengan's destructive power would damage him regardless of the protection

I believe Gaara can take this... He could take to the skies leaving minato only one way to attack him via kunai.... Gaara sand could stop any thrown Kunai in mid air... Sand Tsunami could turn the battlefield into a sand playground so any ftg marks on the trees/ground would get buried...

I don't think Minato's Rasengans are breaking through Gaara's defense even if there are more than 1. He can easily stop FTG Kunais by catching them in the air. They aren't that fast, lol

 

[Optimistic]

Minato appeared in Madara's face in a blink of an eye, madara only counter attacked cause Minato had one arm and he had Juubi+ SM sensing.

Minato ends this fight with Rasengan,tag him then kill him at any time,kunai slash, stab ect.
