--he has the liquifying ability to render all of Minatos physical attacks useless, and can use Oral rebirth or Karins healing to tank Rasengans without much problems,

--he can use Muki Tensei to control his surroundings and destroy most of the places that are marked by Minato

--he summons manda 2,, which has the durability to laugh at all of Minatos attacks and is superior to Gamabunta by quite a margin,, on top of the fact that it has the range to also bypass FTG

--he has DSM sensing and reflexes to react to Minatos foot speed and can use his jutsus such as Mugen Onsa, and White Rage to catch him off guard and finish him off if minato attempts to close the distance between Kabuto

W/ Yin Kurama, Minato wins more times then not. A case can be made for Kabuto but since people think because Kurama gives him a boost in stats (and BM) the power gap now far exceeds to Kabuto, thus isn't a match.

Its weird how they think Kabuto stomps but Minato but Minto stomps Kabuto w/ Kurama. Which both ends up being both unreasonable conclusions.
