With KA restricted, Minato takes out Danzo with no more than mid difficulty.
- Minato is far faster than Danzo, with the FTG and the shunshin speed to go across Konoha in a matter of seconds. That, and the use of shadow clones, means that Danzo is never touching Minato and planting his curse seal. Thus, it's a piece of cake for Minato to put a FTG seal on Danzo.
-Once that happens, he can keep killing him over and over again for 10 minutes, and make him use up his Izanagi time period.
-All of Danzo's fuutons are effortlessly evaded, since Minato can spread his Kunai's over a massive area,as he showed in the fight against the Juubi.
- The baku gets beaten by Gamabunta's food cart destroyer, and Minato should be able to evade his Fuuton attacks anyway.
-The only way Danzo can possibly win is by an Izanagi respawn and a surprise attack, but Minato is a sensor, has the FTG, and is a shadow clone user. Thus he should have the reactions to evade that.
Danzo can't hit nor hurt Minato. Minato can kill Danzo continuously. He wins.
