Did you not see my scan? Minato's awareness won't warrant that. As far as he was concerned, Obito was miles away at the shack, but despite concentrating on the rampant fox Minato still managed to react. This is bot happening.

--He approaches Danzo in CQC and marks him immediately as once that happens, he can constantly force danzo to use Izanagi, and seeing how using FTG based attacks are not chakra consuming means that minato can certainly outlast him there,

--Whether danzo respawns or not, Minato still has more than enough reflexes to react to him, when even a worn out MS sasuke was capable to do so, and with FTG on the agenda, he can evade all of danzos attacks just fine

--Baku gets slammed by Food Cart Destroyer, and minato can also revert danzos control away from it thanks to contract seal, and all of danzos fuutons are evaded by FTG just fine, when they lack the AOE to succumb minatos range of FTG

A scenario to help explain:

Danzo and Minato are running at one another. Minato teleports to a FTG kunai at Danzo's feet, and he ragengan's his face, causing what would be death without Izanagi. Minato isn't looking because he thought he won, Danzo re-appears and stabs Minato through the back.

Now thats just a made up example obviously. Now say Minato noticed Danzo reappeared, he might start to catch on and be cautious after each time he would have made the finishing blow.
