Minato as he is smarter than Danzo and faster than him plus he has displayed good stamina as seen, when he defeated Obito and still had enough chakra to fight Kurama and seal it within Naruto and saved the village.

good for him. but danzo doesnt have lives. hes immortal for 11 minutes

and nearly died just from teleporting kurama then dead demon seal. none of which is useful on danzo who can turn izanagi off if minato retreats for long range
