Without BM in scenario 1 he can't really do much against the toads
Without samehade in scenario 2 he can't do much against chakra techs and toads are able to go toe to toe with him to some degree (see bunta going toe to toe with shukaku and holding down kyuubi)
Kyuubi cloak is far more powerful than any of that other bs. 2 tail and 8 tail chakra boost wil be good, but not good enough. KCM power boost combined with the toads for backup just gives minato a deep chakra well of utter dominance. He be spamming techs left, right and center because of the massive chakra given by kyuubi.

I only see Minato taking Scenario 1

Scenario 2 will be a little too much, avoiding Bijuu Bombs and Raikages Superspeed at the same time. But He still has a chance. If he can effectively use several clones in base form then it could go either way.

Scenario 3 is overkill I think, Two fully controlled Jinchuuriki, The Raikage and a high level jounin. Even with KCM that should be too much for him.

But we are still to see the full extent of his power so I might change my answer later. The number of kunai shouldn't matter I think as he can just summon anything with his marking.

I really hope to see some more firepower from Minato given he was hokage because Im not sure the rasengan could go through the Raiton armour. It does add to A's durability because he used that to survive Mabuis Tele-Transportation I think, as well as Sasuke's sword....

Firstly, Minato's rasengan is beneath a standard Odama Rasengan. It is nowhere close to a cho Odama rasengan. How you can compare Minato's little rasengan which made a relatively small crater to something much bigger and hyped to be able to hollow out mountains makes no sense to me. And I'm pretty sure Obito's body is inferior to a lightning release armor.

Blocking a chidori which has superior piercing power and a chidori katana. Both have less damage output but have more cutting power.

OT: If scenario one is anything like what happened in canon, Minato and Bee both die, and since team one has at least one surviver, I'll grant them the victory. Unless with no BM he can't use his tail in which I'll give it to Minato.

In scenario two, I honestly can't see one side prevailing over the other. Stalemate.

Scenario three: Add all the foes you like, it is useless if they can't actually touch Minato. Granted I only see Minato killing Darui and possibly Yugito if she is out of her cloak for a certain time or something. Stalemate.

Ay tanked the Heavenly Transfer technique without (!!!!!!!!!) Raiton armor. Minato's rasengan won't even scratch his body.
