He should be able to win with BFR but I agree that Minato can't do conventional damage even with KCM or even without RNY.

Minato's problem has always been his lack of firepower, very bad when going against someone like AAA who capitalizes on durability.

Minato wins all three imo. Not gonna take him long to figure out the weakness of the third and if things got desperate I'm sure dropping a hundred meter toad with enough power to hold down the nine tails is gonna do some damage to the third. Not to mention sage mode enhanced rasengan.
