im not sure. that armor of raikages was pretty strong. all we know is the only thing that penetrates it is itself. although im sure that if the battle goes on long enough then minato will figure that out. idk who to go for on this one. but im leaning toward the raikages side

im thinking minato, hes way too fast and way to smart. raikage is super fast and super strong, but minato could simply teleport at point blank range, wait for him to strike and teleport away, then raikage would smack himself lol

thing is, i realised that he took on 10,000 shinobi for 3 days and had power equivalent to Hachibi, so minato could lose this battle if he's not careful

Raikage wins, reason-
1. Minato is fast, but cannot match 3rd raikage as he cannot blindly teleport himself like madara, he has to tag with his kunai.
2. No jutsu can pierce 3rd raikage's armour, except his lighting jutsu.
3. Raikage is extremely fast, with his lightning armour and insane jutsus.

Minato loses as he cannot discover the fact that raikage's jutsu is stronger than his armour(no killer be/ hachibi).
