Minato wins. The 3rd cant catch minato if the 4ths always using the FTG tech. minatos sealing jutsus and FTG are what helped save the hidden leave village. The 3rd did ok but never came close to stoping kurama like minato did.

the 3rd was stated to be the strongest hokage but the 4th is faster his speed will probadly give the 3rd a hard time but the 3rd will probadly win since his the professor of all forms of shinobi combat.

Well the 3rd knows pretty much everything about Minato, and he is very strong and has a lot of jutsu and experience, plus his Enma summon and tons of epic jutsu, id say he would be capable of taking down Minato with very high difficulty.

But it would be an epic fight.
