if he has rikudo chakra then non rikudo characters don't stand a chance. He would be too fast for them considering his base speed..
in 2nd round limbo will be issue as if by rikudo chakra you mean rikudo sage mode or what? if he can sense limbo them madara doesn't stand a chance and if he can't, he still has decent shot.
i don't see anyone else competing with this minato other than 3 eyed madara but that too will be heck of a fight so i'll say he clears or stops at 3 eyed madara (IT and stuff).

It is dual Rinnegan not 3 eyes( i restricted Rinne-Sheringan as u can see in order to avoid IT gg or fanfic like he can change dimisions with it like Kaguya)

I'm gonna assume he got the same amount of power Kakashi got.

1. Hashirama and Madara win. Naruto has RSM and even he wouldn't be able to take Chojo Kebutsu and Madara's BD Barrage without taking some damage, so imagine what happens to Minato if he receives it. :lol Hiraishin is useless in that manner since he can't evade a widespread attack like that. All Bijuu Dama are caught or redirected courtesy of Hashirama. FRS and variants are useless. Outside markings are pointless since he needs to touch SS/PS to warp Hashirama/Madara away, and their widespread attacks prevent him from getting that close.

2. Madara beats him. He has Rikudo's power from gaining Indra and Ashura's power and he has the Dual Rinnegan and he has Sage Mode. And he can't sense Limbo either since he doesn't have Shinju

3. Minato wins this. His Avatar should protect him from Evening Elephant, and he can teleport away to evade Night Guy once he sees Gai prepping it.

4. Minato wins. He can block Toneri's regular attacks, dodge Golden Wheel, and Toneri can't defend from a super BD.

5. Avatar>PS if they've received the same power, in raw power anyway, but due to Kamui Shuriken Kakashi would win in close quarters. Bijuu Dama gets warped by Kamui Shuriken, but Kakashi won't be landing anything on Minato any time soon. So Minato probably outlasts his Susanoo and then ends him.

6. :lol Sasuke shits on him low diff. Sasuke's PS can match Naruto after getting a superior boost than what Minato has here. Sasuke is faster than him due to Ameno too. So Ameno+PS Chidori=Dead Minato.

7&8. Not even gonna entertain this or the next match.

Having Rikudou Chakra doesn't automatically make him a superman, and you didn't point out the quantity and qualities that Chakra boosts him, and I'm assuming it's just a case like Naruto and Sasuke; even those two can produce a tiny amount of Rikudou's Chakra, one from having 9 Biju's and other from Rinnegan, which only boosted Sasuke's power significantly from a PS having no feats to have a power comparable to EMS Madara. All in all, if that amount is what he got, then it's not influencing his Kyubi mode in anyway. He should be able to beat Toneri and Sasuke (assuming it's not Biju Susanoo).

dual rinnegan madara will be tough too.. And i assumed minato has the same amount as naruto and that it's senjutsu since minato can't sense limbo without it.
