Why do people assume that only FTG would only matter in this fight? They have more techs than that, so you can't base the fight solely from FTG.

Minato's FTG > Tobirama's. His is more efficient.
We haven't seen the extent of his shadow clone use, but Minato is a Rasengan master and creator.
Toad Summon murders that technique. It's linear enough to dodge and has no AoE.
Fodder Edo's vs BM? Haha, no.

They are relatively equal in intelligence.

Minato's FTG technique is better than Tobirama's FTG. In a sense, Minato is better, but only because Tobirama depended on his FTG as the main vehicle for fighting. However, Tobirama does have other ways to fight.
