The point is B was a perfect host since the beginning, and in that
brief encounter, the
FIRST thing he did was using his Jinchuuriki's power, and at that point kishi cut the scan to what was the current time. It is beyond me why would anyone think that B won't use his power, or that moment is count as several battles, and the full battle.
