Description: The Moon and Sun Blades are twin blades one is white and one is black. These swords were created by Johninto Takashi. When the user is holding the moon sword he can add his suiton chakra into the blade making covered in water and able to reach longer by 3 more feet. When the user is holding the Sun sword he can add his katon chakra into the blade cover the blade in fire and causing the sword's range to be increased by 3 more feet. The user can use both swords at once but can only put one chakra nature in one sword at once.

Water Affinity: He is capable of using any water technique with the usage of a single handseal. His Suiton jutsus are also very fast since he is able to do Suiton with a single handseal.
Bat Summoning: After meeting -Taburn- Minato was taught how to summon bats. After learning the ways of the Bats Kushimaru made friends with White the Bat. Minato also got a tattoo of a bat on his right arm.
Weapons: Minato carries 2 scythes with him to all his battles. He also brings customize shurikens and gold kunai.
Steel Release: Being born with the Koton KG Minato is able to use Steel as an element. His KG involves him combining his Katon and Doton chakra to create Steel.

History:
The Beginning
Born In Iwagakure. Minato Is A Outgoing Independent Guy Trying To Make It To Jounin. He Helps Anyone That Needs His Help. He Wants To Learn Water Style Alot. Also Interested In Earth And Lightning Jutsus.When His Family Was Moved To Sunagakure His Parents Kicked Him Out So He Has Been On His Own From An Early Age. He Knows About Summonings And Wants To Learn How To Summon Animals. He Was The Best In His Family To Use Shurikens And Swords. He Has 2 Younger Sisters And A Younger Brother And He Would Protect Them No Matter What. After His Family Tried To Assianate Him Minato Killed His Farther In A Spar. His Other Family Members Left The Village And No One Has Seen Them Since. He Has A Couple Friends But Barely Wants To Meet New People Because He Doesnt Want To Loose That Much Important People To Him. Minato Was On The Top Of His Class And Always Has Been A Hard Worker. He Has Always Wanted To Be The Jinchuuriki For The 7 Tails Or The 5 Tails. He Also Wants To See Other Villages Like The Waterfall, Grass, And Stone Village. Minato Now Wants To Create His Own Village The Shadow Village. He Will Be The Koikage. His Friends Have Said They Will Help Make His Dream Come True. His Village Will Be Between The Stone And Sand. He Hopes Other Will Join His Village.Untill His Village Becomes Official His Village Alliance Is With Konoha.Before He Got To The Shadow Country He Met A 4 Year Old Kid With Red Hair Named. He Considered The Kid As A Brother So He Gave Him The Last Name Takashi.They Both Left For The Shadow Village. While in the Shadow Village he met Memei, Igneel, Haku Yuki-,-Sasuke-, ~Deidara~, and ~Mig J.J. Quiksilver~, ~xtsukune~, and more people. In this village they most got attacked by Pervy Yard and Howard and Mig had to restore the village. After Mig left for the Sound he and the rest of the villagers got drunk most of the time. After the village was restored he named ~Sanji~ his right hand man to help lead the village.After a while Minato and the Shadow left for the Waterfall. When Minato and the rest of his friends got to Waterfall ~Deidara~ was named Takikage. Minato was in charge of the Hero Water. After a while Minato got tired and left the waterfall. Minato was wondering around he walked into The Pervy Sage. He told Minato about the Rain village and Minato went with him. When John got there he had to ge use to the rain all the time. Pervy taught Minato little about how to make some jutsus so it would better him in the future. While in Rain they had a war with the Lock Village. Him and his friend ~The Norwegian~ and ~Xanthe~ killed most of the Lock nins. After a while in the Rain village Minato left it and decide to join Sunagakure so he can help make the village more active. He currently is looking for someone to finish his Fire and Earth training. While he is in Sunagakure him and his friend ~Xanthe~ joined Sunagakure and is helping each other get stronger. Now he is working hard so he can become Kazekage. After a while the village got boring to him and Minato set out to find him self. After traveling around the Ninja world Minato walk into an undeveloped village. After finding out it was Yukikagure Minato became the first Yukikage. After a while Minato's friends started showing up and started helping him build the village. After a couple of days Minato and Yukigakure went to war against the Hidden Steel and Hidden Ash. After days of fighting the Kage from the Steel Blade Hyuuga and the Kage of the Ash Teno ask Minato for a alliance and he accepted it. After a while he gave up Kageship and went back to Sunagakure to help improve that village.
