I think Kurama got his chackra back through the time.. It was very skinny when it was sealed, now it's just normal, so I guess it got its chackra back

but wouldn't the other half have it back to? and then if minato was revived there would be 2 kyuubi's
but how can a yin chakra restore it's yang part and visa versa?
