well he placed Minato there because he WAS Obito's teacher and the other Hokage don't know him.. maybe Hiruzen a lil.
but also why not place Tobirama there either he could've probably sensed Obito.., but maybe not because he never knew his chakra before.... although Obito is consumed with Hashi/Madara's DNA & Tobirama knows them.

Yeah exactly as its Minato and Naruto are the only ones shown therefore due to thier Bijuu mode they can sense Obitos energy
