Minato sealed so fast?

Old times when sealing a bijou into the Gedo Mazo took 3 whole days. And see now, just 15 seconds for Madara, and less than 3 seconds for Minato XD.

a) They were forcefully extracted
b) Nagato didn't have the same amount of control of over his Rinnegan as Obito/Madara, because he lacked their amount of spiritual/yin chakra & thus, not as great a control of the Gedou.
c) Plot

Remember obito sealed the juubi in an instant so why can't Minato do it?

The sealing tech they used are possibly Rinnegan techs. (Like the blue chakra chains)
