I think that there is another possibility also. it might be A(with his speed) or Tsunade who saves them. it would mark the entry of gokages. though i know that it might sound stupid it just came up in my mind.

seriously i hate the gokages and they are weak(compared to past hokages). but i think that it might even go like that.

Minato was capable to react to him despite not even looking at him at all(distracted by the fact of saving his son). I'll explain

1- On the first pic, he turned himself from the opposite direction of Jubito because he noticed Jubito traversed from the ground to attack his son behind him, and then proceeded to use the handseal to try to save his son(again not looking at Jubito's lower body in this case)

2- On this second pic though, notice the direction that take Minato's eyes when we see Jubito's kick(left direction). It's to show that while he was still not looking at Jubito(you can see the handseal), he noticed the kick just before coming from his left position(represented by the exclamation mark)

But on this pic, his right hand turned horizontal. This is to show Minato changed the position of his hand in order to protect himself against Jubito's kick

Now concerning the instant where Jubito grabbed Naruto and Sasuke, notice that after grabbing someone, he instantly crushes him with his jutsu(bottom panel)

So Naruto and Sasuke are basically instant away to being crushed, but Minato is using the hiraishin hoping to make it in time, which means that if he makes it in time(which would happen since Naruto and Sasuke can't die for plot reasons), it would be another incredible speed feat coming from Minato. He is not the yellow flash for nothing, you say?
