He was named Hokage before Kushina was pregnant in the flashback. He died when Kakashi was 14 and he wasn't Hokage when Kakashi was 13 (Third Great War) so he served for about a year or a little less.

When the war finish he became Hokage. More than a year think so. The war last like 4 years since the mission of the bridge.

So it is between 1-2 years.
