Minato plot mistake?

In the chapter released today he was on the mountain side faces as a Hokage when Kakahsi achieved Chunnin, yet when Kakashi was a jounin Minato wasn't Hokage yet.

I don't get it?

As for today's chapter. Love seeing all the different reactions. Just proves that Kishi knows how to get reactions. He will explain it no matter who Tobi is mind wise.

Maybe because the chapter you speak of only shows the mount from one angle; Do you see Tobirama's face?

maybe the third didn't step down yet so there was no need for him to assume the role yet so he kept teaching his team
