Minato over-rated.

Itachi 100% won't defeat Minato. It's very 50/50. Oonoki couldn't defeat Minato. Clam guy? Sasuke? Very unlikely that he could defeat Minato IMO.

Itachi has a bigger chance in winning than Minato, that's what I meant.

Onoki also has a chance against Minato, but not that big.

Clam guy, second Mizukage. You put Muu there and those two were equals.

Sasuke is stronger than many people you listed.

I didn't simply base it on strength. There are other factors which I think favour Minato greatly. Hence why I don't think Sasuke or Oonoki stand any chance really against the 4th hokage.

How the hell do you know that he doesnt need to make eye contact???
He even stated that it Tobi was possibly an Uchiha
And he still stared him down
The fact that he did look at him most likely proves he didnt hardly know about the Uchihas at all
And the feet technique only guy has been stated do that, which he said required training
And the only people that has a chance at fighting with just looking at feet are Sharingan and Byakugan users
And even without contact Itachi could place him in one of his genjutsus that doesnt need eye contact
Or Itachi could jump in the air making Minato not able to see him, sense you made Minato look at his feet remember
Then Itachi could just use a Grand fire ball and finish him

No matter how you look at it Minato cant win

And this is all without Susanoo or Ameterasu

Tsukyomi is game over for Minato
Unless somehow Minato is an elite uchiha
And theres other ways for Itachi to win, he could just do other high level genjutsus
I know taijutsu wise Itachi would win too
And Tobirama wins as i said and his overwhelming water therefore putting all of Minatos Kunai under water
And speed can be altered due to the terrain

Itachi, 1st hokage, Sasuke etc are only powerful because of their clan's secret jutsus.... Minato, on the other hand, is a natural genius and has mastered techniques and invented his own through practice and inventiveness.... and not to mention, we haven't learned anything about the namikaze clan's secret jutsus!

The way you make other people feel superior to minato is just pathetic!!

i am not a minato-hater but also not a fanboy, only a minato-admirer.

minato relies on FTG and rasengan. without them he is pretty useless when it comes to genjutsu or taijutsu. ftg is not flaw-less, if the opp. locates all kunai, he can stay away from them. Also minato does not have infinite KUNAI'S. this means changing the location of the battle time-to-time is minato's weakness as he has to set up kunai's again and again.

i guess 2nd hokage > minato coz if 2 nd uses water-tsunami like jutsu which washes out the field, FTG is pretty lame. plus minato is short range, even his seal's are short ranged.

3rd hokage > minato coz 3rd has the powerful enma over minato's toad chief. 3rd hokage is multi-range and in his prime, he was GOD.

hashirama > minato, coz .................... i guess u understand.

tsunade is the only one weaker than minato.

over-all minato is just over-rated and he has multiple weakness of range and low jutsu-pool. he spams FTG + rasengan everytime BUT with a new style everytime he uses it.

also itachi > minato since FTG cannot reach susano'o and for the susano'o weakness, itachi knows it very well and he is very smart enough to counter it. itachi will keep attacking with that sealing sword and main amaterasu for the right moment. minato however is not smart as itachi (tobi was about to get killed by itachi's sasuke amaterasu but lost only 1 hand with minato.)

naruto > minato, since naruto has 9-tails control and is also fast as minato.

sasuke > minato since sasuke has ems now meaning he is stronger than itachi in terms of strength. also SASUKE IS ALSO SMART. sasuke is intelligent and more calm than minato.

guy (7 gates) = or > minato, since 7 gates is very very fast and strong and has moves that have wide coverage.

you obviously don't know anything about minato then... FTG is a space-time ninjutsu and only the 2nd, minato, and Tobi are able to use sapce-time ninjutsus, and I guess kakashi's kamui but that's a different issue...

1st of all i said with no info, I know about his techniques
But you said we havent seen any of his other moves
But if you research you would see all his techniques
Itachi however if you research it was stated he didnt do all he could do
And Minato have on screen at least 3 fights
Him vs Tobi, his team and the movie
And i think im forgeting another but whatever
They never said he had more attacks on no naruto site or anything eles to show
Only you yourself are saying this
And Minato know 3 sealing techs(Reaper death, Contract seal and trigram)
