Yes I am aware that minato has better reflexes. what would make you think minato is smarter than tobirama though?

Im not saying he is smarter nothing proves that Minato is smarter or Tobirama is smarter . Just because Tobirama notices that canceling jutsu doesnt make him smarter too it is just that he knows about that jutsu from somewhere.

True, but tobirama created FTG, edo tensei, the vilalge system and has shown extreme analytical skills in battle. If he is more smarter than minato its not by that much because minato is very smart. But I mean tobirama has to be smarter than minato to call him dumb =D

Well Maybe but He wasnt smart enoguh to make FTG Kunais xD . Tho ppl started calling him smarter after the last chapter so.

PS: Tobirama can call anyone "DUMB". Even Hashirama.

Naruto made rasengan better, so i guess with that logic naruto is smarter than minato?

Actually the rasen shuriken is diff rasengan . Normal rasengan from naruto is still the same with minato's one and still naruto cannot do it with 1 hand.

Naruto did it with one hand last chapter, his chakara control has been improved to the point where he can transfer everyone his bijuu mode chakara. Minato intended to use the rasengan in combine with ones nature and never completed it.

Minato made more VARIATIONS of FTG. He didn't really perfect it. He marked a bunch of kunai. That's really the only difference betweentheir FTG. Tobirama's reaction speed is better. Proof to that is when juubito teleported his biju dama with minato and Tobirama teleported it back to juubito before Minato could. Tobirama is more intelligent based on how 1. He teleported the biju dama and (unlike Minato) thought to use a clone to do so. 2. He marked juubito when Minato couldn't. 3. He thought to use FTG to teleport juubito into naruto and sasuke's combined jutsu. And 4. He is the one who realized Minato wasn't healing as an edo and figured out a fatal strike would kill them coming from juubito.
