Minato FTG > Tobirama FTG since Minato can use jis Kunais and Tobirama cant.

we don't really know if tobirama's reflexes are better since it's highly doubtful. Tobirama got blitzed and placed a seal since he was already cut in half. Minato was attacking obito and his kunai broke and obito proceeded to attack so he jumped before he got blasted in half like tobirama. tobirama had plenty of chance to tag obito during the time when hashi restrained him. Minato had his closest hand cut off because juubi jin obito was too fast.

Minato is obviously more prominent than that old man second.Honestly his FTG is useless unless he makes physical contact with his victim, i know today is the day for Tobirama fans to wank but the sad thing is he's still not top ten worthy.​
