minato or hashirama?

Even if Minato has the Kyubi Mode, Hashirama is more than likely able to control/neutralize that sh*t. The only way Yondaime would get the drop on Shodai is if Hashi wasn't as aware of his surroundings as he should have been. But we also don't know how intelligent and strategic he is, so maybe Minato could outsmart him. But in terms of raw power and ability, Hashirama.
