no technique you listed is in itachi's moveset so minato wins for sure

Minato still wins. People don't realize how much itachi and the rest of the Uchiha elites rely on their sharingan. Minato speed is still fast plus intellect and rasengan combined with sealing Justus.

Itachi is also fast but no predicting movements. No genjutsus. All he has is shurikens fire and water release. He doesn't even have summons. Minato can summon toads.
