Agreed. No-one can survive a fatal blow to the heart, lungs, etc... The only ones can do so are the ones who have Senju's DNA (which I think is so unrealistic, but whatever it's just an anime).

Yes he died.
However that picture of minato getting hit my the nine tails was only cos minato was protecting naruto not only as a father but cos he was sealing nine tails in him.
