Restrictions: Kabuto can't use edo tensei and Sasuke can't use Kirin

yeah minato will destroy sasuke (ftg>arrows, exp>noob/spam,rasengan> or = chidori)

neji will lock all of kabuto's chakra before he realizes it (only thing kabuto has is ninjutsu and some medical)
