Minato/Naruto's feeling towards Obito/Madara seem slightly hypocritical?

Minato talked about how Nagato was born from the disorder the ninja world causes to everybody and that he feels the same way Naruto did when he lost hope. He saw Nagato as a tragic and fallen person, but judged Obito/Madara as being pure evil? Dont you think they went through the same experiences too? Naruto forgave Nagato for killing Jiraiya, Hinata, Kakashi and flattening Konoha but charges straight at Obito/Madara full of rage. Does this seem slightly hypocritical to anybody else?

because nagato's attack on the leaf was because of his revenge,he understood him a bit,nagato was used to achieve obito's goals,while obito who used people to get to his goal and was sacrificing them like some sort of disposable pawns.and unlike nagato he knew nothing about obito except the fact that he's an evil person who attacked his village for no apparent reason,causes a whole world war,then that same person comes and says that he wants to end the suffering while all he did on his life is causing it,excuse naruto for wanting to kill such a person.

He didn't judge Obito as pure evil though. Obito was in the process of resurrecting Madara, it wasnt the time for a friendly talk, he had to be decisive.
