Bunta should win both rounds.

His leaps scale to KCM Naruto at least, who is two levels faster than living Minato, who was compared to base Raikage.

Teleportation is countered by large AoE attacks, so unless he knows some seals to give him an auto-win touch, he loses the powers battle as well.

For round 2, a little senjutsu should be nowhere near enough to counter the powers issue. He would need something long lasting like KCM or prepared markings to help him dodge attacks. Even then, it would be tough against 3 Bunta types.
