Minato & Naruto & Kurama

does any one of you know the answer of these questions :

1- Why naruto's KCM is different from the others (the others jinchuuriki or his friend when he gives them kurama's Chakra)?
2- Why naruto's BM is different from minato's BM ?

Naruto has 2 form , one in the KCM and the other in BM
but minato has the same form In KCM ans BM , WHY ?
