I really like Minato; I've always felt his personality got a little more hate than it should of gotten, as every time Minato's been on screen it's either fighting, something serious is going down, or is organizing something (mission, whatever). They aren't exactly times for shits and giggles, or banter.
- His distinguished and eminent character. The fact that people were told to flee on sight should he appear in the enemies line of sight, is just plain boss status. That's commanding of respect, in my opinion. And lets not take Onoki for some coward, he wouldn't do something if he never deemed it necessary.
- The whole "Yellow flash" moniker. I really enjoyed Minato's style of fighting; he seems like the kind of guy to just put you in your place if you get too cocky or overly provocative. Seen well VS. Obito and Ay.
- His flashback during Kurama's invasion. What Minato was doing that night was admirable, in my opinion. That day, he had to juggle between protecting his wife and son, and stopping Obito . He even done so simultaneously. Defeating Obito in a matter of minutes and then go on to deal with Kurama was pretty amazing, if you ask me. People can cry about "14 year old" all they want, that same Obito with Kurama would whack 90% of the verse. Fact.
- Minato was a ninja, plain and simple. Sound, I do recall you saying how you enjoy Danzo as he's a "real" ninja, and I agree entirely, but Minato is just as well. Minato's way about completing missions, soloing entire operations, defeating squadrons, his stealth, his awareness, etc.. he seemed to just not fail while on duty. I liked that. People love playing the 'perfect' card, but that's just undeserved hate if I'm honest. He was just a very good ninja, just like he should of been as the 4th Hokage.
- Dat custom made Hokage coat. What a pimp.
