Location: 3 Way Deadlock (plus Naruto, Shizune, and Kabuto)
Starting distance: 50 meters
Intel: Manga
Restrictions: Reaper Death Seal, Shima/Fukasaku, Edo Tensei
Conditions: This is a healthy Orochimaru with all applicable part 2 feats. Manda is willing to fight with Orichimaru since he hates Minato, or something, idk.

Scenario 2: Orochimaru has the Sound 5 as edos + early part 2 Kabuto join him.

Orochimaru defeats Minato more times than not. Though Minto slightly stronger (harder to combat) in a general sense, Orochimaru counters majority of his jutsu.

With Edo, Orochimaru clearly stomps.

Used to think Minato takes sc1 no problem, but if Oro enters White Snake form and gets diced or blasted the fumes from Oro's blood will paralyze Minato ending the fight. Oro high diff.

Minato blitzes Orochimaru and makes him use up Oral rebirth and once he can't use it anymore Orochimaru gets hit with a Rasengan to the face. Same thing applies to the Sound 5 and Kabuto.

The Sound 5 makes no difference at all. They all get blitzed as well as Kabuto.

Orochimaru wins scenario one high-diff, scenario two mid-diff. Minato doesn't really have anything that can effectively kill Orochimaru for good as far as I'm aware, and most of Minato's jutsu are pretty well-countered by Orochimaru's. Still, Minato is skilled enough to make it a high-diff. With the edos and Kabuto, it becomes much easier for him.

In scenario one it obviously goes to Minato. He maybe would not be able to out right kill him, but his constants attacks would force Oro to keep oral rebirthing until he is out of chakra...
S2 can go either way...

Very doubtful that Orochimaru has Nidaime Manda. Also, it doesn't make much sense to have them both out on the battlefield, since one died, and the other is just a genetically modified clone of the former.

Orochimaru has his chances scene could go either way for me with edos he wins because edos > Minato
