Okay listen.
If Madara doesn't have Rinnegan or neither Hashirama's Senjutsu and Mokuton, then Minato can highly defeat EMS Madara in a match, however the problem is, how long and how much chakra does Minato has? I am pretty sure after teleporting full Kurama away from the village takes a lot of chakra, but of course Minato used FTG like 11 times against Obito and other sealing jutsus. If teleporting Perfect Susanoo away from the user, it may let the user use a lot of chakra since someone like Madara has God powers.
The simple fact, there was shown Gaara used his sand to throw away Madara from his Susanoo. Minato can use FTG to teleport him outside the Perfect Susanoo or Normal Susanoo.
Now, for what most people like to complain here. This is EMS Madara, not Rinnegan and Senjutsu. Madara has shown beating FTG Slash Tobirama, that was the power of Rinnegan and Hashirama's senjutsu. While, Minato got his arm beaten when Madara was in Juubi Jinchuriki form.
Sharingan users has the problem to dodge Ay's lightning armor, including Sasuke and EMS Madara. Ay's Lightning armor was capable of hitting EMS Madara. So, FTG has better feats since you can throw so many kunais around the battlefield. Minato's only problem here is combat against Madara. Madara wins by Taijutsu, but not forget Minato during his time was the deadliest shinobi.
In addition, Minato has shown to perfectly use Toads Summoning + FTG combo. If Rasengan doesn't work, then other techniques can do the job. Minato trained Sage Mode, and cannot maintain it for so long, so I'm going to put this away.
There are so much Minato can do in this situation, but Madara still has his mighty Katon jutsus along with Genjutsu. Even though, this is not Kakashi vs Itachi fight. Minato is the Hokage, he won't fall for it.
For me, if Minato has a lot of intel about Madara, then Minato can highly defeat EMS Madara in a fight. I am using facts.
However, this is also about chakra. If Madara force Minato to use up all of his chakra, Madara wins this.

You also have to think about how smart Minato really was. Additionally common sense says Minato basically knows everything about Madara since he is a Hokage and if someone like Madara had shown up again he would need to know how to counter such power.

minardo defeats madara. long time ago minator proved on this very section that tobirama is on ems madara level. vote madara being greater because of fox. minardo is superior to tobirama with same fighting style so he defetas madara.

Izuna being equal to Madara was only stated in the anime and not the manga.
Madara also already defeated Minato with ease.

Bm minato wins. A madara with perfect susanoo is too much. Although under some circumstances minato couuld use the reaper seal and tie.

As I said, intelligence plays a big role in here as well, however it is chakra that decides the match. Look how smart Shikamaru is, but he lacks chakra and often needs help from other people. I am not saying Minato is like Shilamaru, however this is a real thing, especially against Madara. Minato has a lot of chakra and he has also good chakra control, that's true. But facing Madara made the 5 Kage lose all of their powers and chakra. I think Madara is smart, but not smarter than Minato. Still, Madara knows every jutsus.

that madara is "rinne tensei sage mode rinnegan" madara. hashirama's sage mode can react to ftg but ems madara or vote madara doesn't have that luxury
