Doubtful. Don't forget Minato is like Naruto so he could sense Obito's malice the moment he went into Kyuubi Chakra Mode or whatever it's called. I don't think he would save him even if he could especially when he learns that it was Obito that was behind the Kyuubi attack on Kanoha.
