Second outfit is of more anbu descriptions, it consists of the basic Konoha Anbu Black Ops uniform.

Minato's personality was a calm, collected, and highly perceptive individual. When he faced a challenge or enemy he would take it head on with a logical standpoint. He created a reputation for himself that struck terror in his foe's hearts. Though fearful for some, the ones he protected or looked up to him thought otherwise. He appeared to be respectful of those around him and was said to be a very nice person. He was also titled by Jiraiya as a shrewd person, and was said that he was not a man who would do something without reason. Minato was most known for his unbeatable determination and unbelievable drive. Note; The technique is unavoidable unless with time/space and can only be used by Minato Namikaze.
The Flying Thunder God technique was the reason behind his nickname, "Konoha's Yellow Flash", It allows the user to move himself to another location in the blink of an eye. Although it is often compared with the Body Flicker Technique, the speed and range of this jutsu are much greater. In principle, this jutsu is similar to the Reverse Summoning Technique, as it revolves around manipulation of time and space rather than accelerated movement, but instead of bringing something to users, it sends them somewhere. Additionally, it makes no noise and produces no puff of smoke, allowing the user to appear behind someone unnoticed. Further more the sealing formulae of the technique serves a all time surveillance purpose, giving out all the marked persons ware bouts, chakra, locations etc. in addition to its tracking abilities, the user will also find out all the objects/persons around the target making it convenient for the user to use Hiraishin. The jutsu is also very unique because it requires no use of chakra or hand seals, due to a special secondary seal that emits the same chakra as him, allowing him to have an instant connection to the area. The user can apply this seal on simple kunai’s carving the formula into them, never the less the seal can be applied on any object the user touches instantly.

The Eight Inner Gates : Trained by Lord of Kaos.
Description of the eight inner gates:
1.First gate: Kaimon (Gate of opening)-located in the brain. Releases the instinct restraints on the bodies muscle. Unlocking the gate allows the user to use the Front Lotus.
2.Second gate: Kyumon (Gate of healing)-located in the brain, raises the user's stamina.
3.Third gate: Seimon (Gate of life)-located on the spinal cord. Releases the limit on the nervous system allowing information to travel at a much faster rate. A side effect is that the user's skin turns red. Allows the user to use the Reverse Lotus.
4.Fourth gate: Shomon (gate of pain)-located on the spinal cord. Increases the user's speed and power. Will cause muscles tissue to tear on use.
5.Fifth gate: Tomon (Gate of limit)
6.Sixth gate: Keimon (Gate of view)-Allows the user to perform the Morning Peacock. Opening of this gate releases such large amounts of chakra that it can cause nearby water bodies to form a vortex around the user.

Background Info.
History:
Minato's life can be viewed as overwhelming. Coming from Konoha this young upstart began his life as a ninja. After graduating from the Ninja Academy at the age of 10, he was remembered as a prodigy, or genius, that comes once every lifetime.
Once a genin Minato was placed under the guidance of Jiraiya, one of the Legendary Sannin. Jiraiya took a special interest in Minato and decided to teach him further by making him his apprentice. This Sensei-Student relationship evolved to great friends and later on a sort of family. After growing to be a talented ninja he became a sensei to the new generation. Minato was in trusted with the 3 lives of fresh out of the academy genins Kakashi Hatake, Obito Uchiha, and Rin. Soon after learning of his child's existance within his lover, he asked Jiraiya after his long traveling if he was willing to allow him to use the name of the character in his book. Accepting and using the name "Naruto" for his future child he asked of one more thing that will ensure his child's safety in the world.
Suddenly the village was struck by a great misfortune. The Nine Tails attacked the village and Minato rushed to help the village. Fighting against the beast he noticed a masked man was controlling the beast. Knowing that he couldn't defeat the beast he made the ultimate choice that titled him the village's greatest hero. Minato used the dead demon consuming seal upon the ravaging monster to seal it. He chose to trap and jail the tailed beast within naruto and wished that later in his son's life that he would be able to use it's powers to help him.
Other
Minato loved to read Master Jiraiya's books. His favorite out of all that was made during his time was "The gutsy Ninja". Other things he loved was his lover's homemade cooking. Finally, Minato always had something inspirational to say to anyone in need or to help the moment. He had a personal saying that he loved to share with the village, "The fire's shadow illuminates the village" (火の影は里を照らす, Hi no kage wa sato o terasu). As he grew he learned to enhance his body even more and learned from a man named Lord of Kaos the powers of the Eight Inner Gates within his body. He trained many times and with precious effort he finally learned these gates and was given a scroll by Lord of Kaos to always remember the risks of this process of power.

This weapon was made by a blacksmith that kept his secret formula and style to himself. He only crafts for people he believes is worthy of his work. The sword was created and was dubbed the name, "Angel" in sort of a reference to Angeal a long lost friend of his. This blade was made from hardened metal infused with his chakra, and the hilt and scabbard was made by a pure holy tree in the mountains collected every year. This sword can only be wielded by the pure of heart. The requirement for this sword to be wielded is so great that the user will have to sacrifice his or her chakra and her own life force to enhance their performance. Due to this requirement the user is not able to use this if cost of the use isn't payed. If so the sword will not work as it should and will only be used for melee combat. User cannot die from the cost and will be left with 1 health and 1 chakra.
Pros: User will deal +10 more damage when a jutsu requires a sword.
User will gain a boost in chakra control and so when chakra is used all attacks cost -5 chakra.
