His spacetime barrier is phenomenal. The way his barrier is set up he could even deflect Kirin. So why say Sasuke one shots him with it?

It took him like an hour to set up kirin using Itachi's amaterasu and his own katon(enhanced by the cursed seal).
Now he doesn't have cursed seal and he can't hit minato with amaterasu.
Poor sasuke XD XD

That was just to give the jutsu hype its just like with killer bee also by giving the new character a chance to shine so he could get hype. But sasuke can do that jutsu at anytime because when he was fighting naruto'em at orochi's hideout he was about to do it without no lightning or clouds :3
