Minato, Nagato and Obito timeline FAIL

If JIRAIYA trained NAGATO before he trained MINATO and MINATO trained OBITO, then how did OBITO give NAGATO the RINNEGAN even before JIRAIYA had met NAGATO. So NAGATO must be the same age as NARUTO or just older than MINATO. ( Kishi really ****ed this one up)
