first to mention is :
TOBIRAMA:

TOBIRAMA and MINATO displayed very similar SENSORY TECHS.... Just by touching the ground with the finger they able to sense nearby enemies...


Throughout the series, various characters have commented on the 'feel' of a person's chakra and similar comments regarding the ability to sense high levels of chakra , chakra sensing is merely a more refined version of TOBIRAMA and
MINATO "CONTACT TYPE OF SENSING" or maybe its just simply they where both born as very sensitive shinobis.. :D BTW shinobi are trained to have more acute senses right? but TOBIRAMA AND MINATO senses is on another level i think..

Secondly:



TOBIRAMA and MINATO both have S/T jutso [ confirmed by the chap shown above]



Thirdly : [ this maybe be confusing cause i get some idea in the filler ] ;

- TOBIRAMA wielded a weapon called "Sword of the thunder god", this was only shown in filler so I don't know if it even matters but


- MINATO's way to teleport is called Flying thunder god does it have something in common with TOBIRAMA's
Sword of the thunder god ?


EDIT :Both MINATO and TOBIRAMA sacrifice themselves for their friends/family/village. , always taking on all the responsibilities upon themselves...

Lastly ;

-Tobirama and Minato are both hokage :D :D :D

Nice eye catching minato using the same justu only the second has been shown using i am not sure if its a sensor thing or a intricate space time justu but seeing how both of them are already space time users i willing to bet its the ladder as no other sensor has been seen to have a justu as unique as that *****

I kinda of doubt Tobirama > Minato, but it seems like Minato did have respect for Jutsu.
