Minato Kunai Seal?

So we all know Minato uses a special Kunai, it has a seal written on the handle, my question is what does it say?
As well as the seal he puts on people using his hand if it's not the same one.

In the back of his shirt it says Fourth Hokage, so I was wondering if the seal meant anything.

Let me be a little more specific, in the episode where he went against Raikage and Bee he put a seal on Bee which is different from the one on Masked Man. The one on Bee, same as his Ultimate Jutsu in the Generations game looks like Kanji to me. Is it just a design for a seal?
