Itachi already beat Kakashi, without trying, and only using Tsukuyomi. Add Amaterasu + Susano'o with Tsukuyomi and Kakashi is done without any trouble. Itachi has Susano'o up before Minato can tag him, or he has him in Genjutsu before he even realizes it. Not only does team two win, but Itachi could potentially solo here.

Without trying? Itachi was extremely weak after using Tsukuyomi. Also, Kakashi had no knowledge on Itachi's MS. Tsukuyomi+Amaterasu+Susano'o=Itachi out of chakra. Itachi wouldn't activate Susano'o that quickly, it's his best technique. Minato would have more than enough time to tag him. Kakashi is there to get him out of genjutsu so it doesn't matter. Saying Itachi solos is just plain stupid.

If its Kakashi kamui ability during Pain arc it will be more risky for him but once he sees Itachi put up his Susano'o I don't see why he would hesitate to use it. Minato can teleport Kakashi around so their mobility is much better than team two. Kisame's huge water techs might be an issue though so I give it to team 1 high difficulty. On another note, can Itachi maintain Susano'o under water?
