Hashirama wins.

-Full intel means that Hashirama has all knowledge on Kamui, so the surprise factor people love to throw in (Mainly with Obito) as a factor in this fight goes out the window.

-Hashirama can sense chakra so if Kakashi tries Kamui, he blocks his LoS.

-Since full knowledge is in effect, clones will definitely be used by Hashirama in this match since Obito nor Kakashi can tell the difference between clones and the original, meaning they'll have to warp each and every clone to get to Hashirama, and he won't be sitting around doing nothing.

From there on out, its merely a matter of beating them down with his large scale Mokuton (Flower Tree World, Jukai Kotan) which can be used by his clones as well for twice or even triple the effect.

Naruto, a better sensor could not feel the chakra build up in Madara's eyes, when he was about to perform Rinbo Hengokou. So Hashirama isn't sensing anything, especially when his sensing feats don't exist, so its fanfictional to give him what he hasn't shown.

a juubis host has never shown increased reaction speed.

hashiramas reactions are on par or superior to madaras, so he reacts to hiraishin just like madara did. hashiramas mokuton is faster than kamui and hashiramas clones, who can each use jukai koutan capable of leading juubi bijudamas to sea, kill kakashi effortlessly.

clones are indeed a problem but i believe they can get picked off due to obito's ability to just teleport anywhere he wants

sensing is cool but kamui is really fast and has no indication signs. while looking out for kakashi's nigh instant kamui he has to watch his back for minato's onslaught who is also extremely quick.

flower tree world can be avoided by minato teleporting a portion of the tree just like onoki targeted a specific part.

This. In a full intel battle the first thing Hashirama will do is block LOS, the second thing he'll do is use Wood Clones to watch his back and for offensive firepower.

Proof of what?. Doesn't matter if he was trying or not, especially when he was paying attention to Madara, and still failed to sense or dodge it. Same thing will happen with Hashirama's head being snipped off instantly.

They don't have to be the same technique. Madara performed it from his eye in the same fashion as Amatersu and Kamui.
