honestly despite how it sounds, he makes a tad sense - minato's ftg is still unmatched, unless kaguya could use ftg - in terms of speed she would still be inferior to the jutsu itself

however ftg is only limited by its user, minato's reaction/performing speed would probably be way slower than kaguyas so he wouldnt be able to use it in the first place
