lets say i apply for minato and pass the test. do his FTG and reaper death seal techs come auto? what about rasengan?

Minato has special rasengan.

Not speed wise.. naruto still needs a clone and minato makes them nearly instantly.

OT: You should get them auto, but who knows maybe Xylon has to teach them.

U get ftg auto, rasengan u get when u train ninjutsu, RDS I think u need sealing training to learn.

I believe the professor is correct. Rasengan can be learned by anyone who has Ninjutsu training, and Reaper Death Seal is a Fuinjutsu and Kenjutsu.
