Actually, if you compare age wise, Itachi > Minato. No fanboying/flaming please.

Well, i will explain this.........

Itachi Minato
1. At the age of 5 or 7, it is shown Itachi and Sasuke 1. Minato showed no such skill at that age. Moreover, he was
playing hide and seek, and Itachi learned shadow clone shown quite timid and introvert, and afraid of "tomato" xd
jutsu and used it to fool kid sasuke.

2. After graduating at age 7, his teachers told Itachi's dad that 2. No such thing about Minato is known.
itachi was a supreme genius and talented boy.

3. He was seen undergoing harsh training by dodging + deflecting
kunai at small age, something which even oro panicked seeing. 3. Again, no such details of Minato is known.

a Hokage, from a very young age, that means, itachi would have become a
really nice Hogake.
