Itachi's simple genjitsu is high level genjitsu for another leaf Shinobi just i thought. And he just need a few sec to cast amaterasu or tsukyomi.

Amaterasu won't work on Manato because of is speed :flaw: sasuke 's amterasu is said to be better than itachi's and he could berely have raikage, Minato's speed > Raikage's therefore amaterasu won't . as for Tsukuyomi , as already stated by shishui namikaze it's activation is slow , second minato just doesn't have to look in his left eye ,

i don't understand how sick itachi could be equal to Minato O_O

Equal means open ended, Who wins it is not a surpirse. But if Healthy Itachi would lose to Minato, it is surpirse for me. I hope i can tell it . I am not arguing minato wont win. He has a useful abilities too, very precious one, he can able to counter Bujii bomb to another area. You can not touch him if you dont have a very sneaky plan. I am just trying to say itachi is a very tactician also. Not talking about his MS. I said like that because all of you saying samething in this thread i wanna say another possibilities

Your right i'm sorry :/ but don't forget that even though itachi 's not sick , his best tech ( the only one he can really use , tsukuyomi and susanno ) demand an extremely large amount of chakra and that it makes you go blind if you use it to much and all minato has to is dodge it with FTG

Tysukiyomi activation speed is slow. Minato FTG is instant. There is no way he can cast a genjutsu on something as fast as a flash.

what is this guy talking about?? tsukuyomi/genjutsu isn't something you can see coming, it doesn't travel. And it comes without warning, speed is useless against it... Ninjas can be under genjutsus without even realizing it... Diedara would've blown himself up w/o realizing it, deidara was like "when did i get caught in a genjutsu?".

why i think that ?? Well Amaterasu wouldn't do anything to minato since he has FTG, second since Minato can summon Gamma the boss to fight susaano won't be that big of a help for itachi , looking at both speed theres no way itachi can catch up , chakra wise, Minato has a lot of chakra seeing he can sumon gammabunta while itachi from his illness , has a lot less , he won't be able to hold long with susanno since he's sick and Minato can still get with a rasengan . BTW I'm not a Minato Fan , I'm a Naruto fan

how would he even know who he is fighting without looking at him, lol. He wouldn't even know what to do. Everyone has this false sense that minato is all knowing. Minato hasn't been shown to counter jutsu once, and only sasuke has been shown to break out of itachi's tsukuyomi.

i mean we never did see full power itachi he still holds some secrets from us right now.

but when it comes to facts and feats till now in the manga
itachi will do minato with mid/high diff.

off course he can cast genjutsu with one finger , it's not a genjutsu minato can't get out of though , and i agree with you when you say that they both have their chances , i do not agree with you when you say that itachi has a bigger one
