why i think that ?? Well Amaterasu wouldn't do anything to minato since he has FTG, second since Minato can summon Gamma the boss to fight susaano won't be that big of a help for itachi , looking at both speed theres no way itachi can catch up , chakra wise, Minato has a lot of chakra seeing he can sumon gammabunta while itachi from his illness , has a lot less , he won't be able to hold long with susanno since he's sick and Minato can still get with a rasengan . THE END

It really depends, Man. The FTG weakness is predicting where he will appear. Itachi has yet to be hit with Chidori or Rasengan.

The state that Naruto is in now, I'd say he's now equal to Minato, maybe surpassed him, also he could 1hit Itachi in this state aswell, so just think about it.

i'm sure he can seal itachi without dying since her wife was an uzumaki and it was stated in the manga that she taught him how to do powerful ones,&nd personally i don't think he needs to seal him to beat , i think your really underrating Minato

You think gamma can stand it's own against a susanoo with totsuka blade and yata mirror?? Lmao. Even oro's eight headed serpent jutsu couldn't do jack to a sick blind weakened itachi... Moreover sasuke has demonstrated that the sharingan can tame boss summons, this is the same sasuke whose genjutsu was considered "weak" compared to itachi's.

Itachi's base speed is well too. Don't underestimate him. Yup his sickness is would a huge disadvantage for him but, Minato is using rasengan (close combat)and yes he is maybe fastest char with FTG 2 but if he wanna hit to itachi must be closer. Itachi didnt need his eyes to use genjutsu. he can able to use it with his fingers. Then Minato will slower/stopped and itachi cast Tsukyomi or Amaterasu or susano'o its your choice. It would be a taught fight. Open Ended i thought. Sick Itachi >=< Minato but healthy itachi > Minato is a fact.
