First and for all moved, you post suggestions for the forum in the Questions/Suggestions section, nowhere else.
Secondly sorry, but not what you are suggesting is not even an option that we are going to take into consideration. We are not going to start making individual sections just for specific characters, especially not for the reasons you state as that makes it looks like we approve of that behavior.
I just deleted several useless Itachi threads simply because they were not needed and were pretty much spam. The behavior you are describing is often pretty much against the rules, we can punish people, however they are the ones who have to change their behavior, something we can't really force them to do.
People have the right to discuss Itachi or Minato, there is nothing wroth with that, however don't lump the normal members alongside the ones who pollute threads and the forum as a whole. I understand perfectly where you are coming from, but no offense but it's not only those two specific groups of people. There are countless of other groups who act exactly the same for other characters and then you also have the people who, for some reason, need to do the exact opposite and start making threads about them, creating a vicious cycle and in fact only worsens the problem. When you got people who overrate a character, you get people in return who start severely underrating it, while there was absolutely no reason whatsoever for those people to even respond. If most members would just ignore and report such people who spam useless threads, the problem would solve itself more or less. A thread with no posts will be pushed away very quickly, but of course if people decide to react on it, they keep them alive.
This is not an issue limited to Minato and Itachi and it's very subjective to start saying who are the worst as personally I find people who start reacting on them often as worse as them. For instance someone makes a thread about overrating a character and then another person actually makes a thread about underrating that character as a response to that first thread =/ something they often even clearly state and then they start globalizing it, that it applies to NB or most of NB and that kind of stuff. I always get a cynical smile when I see someone saying something like "I see that most people on NB severely underrate/overrate this character". That's just BS, no one knows what the majority of NB thinks and often those threads are the result of a few posts from a handful of members.
