MS Obito, Gai (up to 7th Gate) and War Arc 1MS Kakashi win for sure, they are definitely above Minato, Itachi and Nagato, and they have also a favorable skillset to defeat them, with Gai's unrivalled speed and taijutsu and Kakashi and Obito's Kamui.
Itachi gets quickly defeated by Kakashi, with Kamui GG. 7th Gate can blitz Nagato and unleash Hiru Tora on his face before he can defend himself, let alone attack. Adult Obito can definitely fend off Minato, and together with Kakashi and Gai they gangbang Yondaime: as strong as he is he isn't taking on three people on his general level, if not above.
Gai can also defeat either Itachi or Minato, Itachi can't defend from his speed that will run circles around Susanoo and let him easily smash him with Hiru Tora, Minato's reflexes and combat speed are definitely on a lower level than Gai's (just compare both performance against Juudara: Minato was counterblitzed before he could complete his attack, hit two times without being able to react and basically completely negged, Gai could push back and pressure Juudara and finish to launch his attack, he was just ovepowered and I think that's not shameful against a Juubi jinchuuriki) and he can't avoid Hiru Tora with Hiraishin due to his AoE.
Kakashi can also defeat Nagato with Kamui GG, as powerful as he is Nagato can't do nothing, by feats he is not even reacting to Kakashi's quick execution of his dojutsu. Kakashi also can have a great fight with Minato but he should be able to defeat him, his Kamui is much faster and unpredictable than the one who nearly got him when used by a young and unexperienced Obito. Kakashi has the reaction and body speed and the cleverness to fight without being easily blitzed by Minato's usage of Hiraishin no jutsu, and he can fool Minato with a Raiton Kage Bunshin and defeat him with Kamui.
Obito can defeat Itachi or Nagato with relative ease due to Kamui.
